WinTopo

Convert images to vector – that is, in a nutshell, what you can do with the WinTopo application for Windows. If you have some JPG, PNG, BMP or TIF files, you can use WinTopo to convert them to vector. And if you have some scanned images, you can use the same WinTopo to convert them to vector.

WinTopo is available as a Freeware and as a Pro version. The installer that you can download right here on FindMySoft will install both versions on your computer. Follow the instructions the setup wizard presents onscreen and you’ll be done in no time at all. And once you’re done, you’ll see two shortcuts on your desktop; one for the Freeware version and one for the Pro version of WinTopo.

WinTopo Freeware has these main features to offer: load BMP, TIF, GIF, JPG and PNG raster files; raster thinning and edge detection; vectorise thinned raster to single color vectors; color vectors; view vectors overlaying the raster; scale vector drawing; save vectors as DXF, SHP, MIF, WMF and other formats.

WinTopo Freeware doesn’t have these features to offer: acquire image directly from the scanner; advanced vector extraction intelligence; despeckle, fill holes and other raster enhancement options; advanced raster thinning methods; custom thinning options, and more.
